Zemfira is preparing to perform in Yerevan for the first time!

Zemfira Ramazanova, born into a family of doctors from Ufa, became interested in music at the age of five. At first, it was piano lessons, then vocals. However, music was not her only passion: for nine years she played basketball and even headed the Russian women's junior team. In October 1998, Zemfira was noticed by representatives of the group "Mumiy Troll" and their record label among many other performers. Looking for new and interesting artists, they chose her demo recording. A few days before the release of her debut album, Sergei Chernov from the "St. Petersburg Times" suggested that Zemfira would become "the next big star of Russia." This prediction turned out to be correct: she quickly won the hearts of young people both in Russia and abroad.

Critics have long noted Zemfira's ability to convey emotions through complex images in her songs, and her talent is beyond doubt. The singer's latest album, "Zemfira from Luka," recorded with her nephew, was short in length but deep in content. The previous full-length album, "Borderline," was released back in 2021 in the singer's homeland after an eight-year break and received mixed reviews from both fans and critics.

A team of professionals worked on the creation of this album: sound engineer Joshua W. Smith, who works with Jack White, processed four tracks; Jason Thomas, who collaborated with such groups as Royal Blood and M83, also had a hand in the recording; the producer was Kendrick Lamar, one of the most influential representatives of modern hip-hop.

Today, Zemfira actively tours around the world and devotes herself entirely to music. The most important thing for her is to create songs and perform them on stage, and the place of residence does not play a significant role.

The concert at the Razdan stadium will be a great opportunity to enjoy both Zemfira's old hits and new compositions from the albums "Borderline" and "Zemfira from Luka".
